- Click on the tab Email Reminder Settings
- Set Email Frequency(Hours) This indicates the repetition of an email after a certain amount of time. You can set the frequency in hours.
- Set an Email Limit in order to define how many emails would be sent to the user. This indicates that if a certain number of emails are sent to an Applicant then we can stop sending emails to the particular Applicant user.
- Add days under Don’t Send Email On field to restrict the emails not be sent on specific days.
- Click on Save to save these settings.
(Notes: In the following case, Emails would be sent to the users with the interval of 12 hours, total emails would be 25 and emails will not be sent on Sunday)
